BIITM School Of Hotel Management Institute maintains a liaison between the industry and the students by helping them to participate in a 22 weeks programme ( as per the curriculum) that offers practical training at different hotels in India. This training involves the four core operational departments in a hotel: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service and Kitchen. On successful completion of the Industrial Training, students receive a Certificate & Appraisals from Hotel to support the development of appropriate attitudes and behaviors during their training tenure. Training cell also organizes expert/guest lecturers & Industrial visits to give deep insight of the industry to their students.
I chose this course as i wanted to be a chef. In BIITM, we acquire practical as well as theoretical knowledge of subject through classroom teaching & internships.i would like to say that if we attend our every class regularly, we needn't have to worry about examinations as we are definite to pass out with flying colors.
